Hi,

One day I was driving on the Express Highway from Electronic City to Silk Board ans a Police man stopped on the flyover for Overspeeding and started asking fine for the violation. He asked to give 200/- for not noting down the license number. I asked for a receipt for the violation fine Rs 300/- .He seized my 2- wheeler license and asked me to take the license from Electronic City traffic police station by paying 300/-. He also gave his mobile number to *******
