Policeman withheld my frnd for bribe because of which my frnd had to make a delayed arrival(about 30 mins) to the exam hall.
This happened to one of my friends when he was on his way to his college for writing the semester exam.He was standing near the entrance the train and when the train reached tambaram station a policeman approached him and first asked for the ticket. My frnd showed the ticket and then the policeman still withheld him on charges of recklessly standing near the entrance of the train which he actually did not. HE ASKED FOR 500rs or he was in no mood to let go. The exam was about to start at 10am and at 9:30 my frnd was still in tambaram resisting a bribe. Then his father came to the spot and somehow of other, managed to convince the policeman. Because of this my frnd was able to arrive only at 10:30 nervously and agitatedly which led to poor performance in that particular exam. IS THIS SOMETHING THAT HAS TO BE TAKEN LIGHTLY??? WHAT IF MY FRND HAD FAILED IN THAT EXAM??? WOULD THE POLICEMAN HAVE TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY FOR *******
