Polish has accepted bribe in front of me , i refuse to pay so they charged me.

On 6th may 2018 , i m pasing from jarimari police beat , polish naik mr. tayde and constable mr. gosavi stoped me , and ask me about helmet, though i told that i m just went to withdrow money from atm so forgive me please.
but they refuse to leave, but on the other hand mr tayde has taken 200,200,100 rs. from other fello.
so i went to Sakinaka Police Station to ledge the complaint but PSI mr. Yogesh Madhavroa patil, has start to argue with me , and start to demoralize me , to take action .
when i force PSI Patil To take complaint that time he told me that , go and do whatever yo can, i ll show you ,
than he told me to wright an letter for the same.
PLS. look how police take bribe n their senior officer help them ( lets go)
how can common man survive
