Property Tax for the while apartment
My apartment is having 20 flats; 10 1 BHK and 10 2 BHK. PMC sent the property tax just in-reverse i.e. tax of 1 BHK was sent to 2 BHK and vice-versa. I fought for around 6 years and finally involved the Commissioner. The coorected bills were given to me by-hand and I personnaly handed it over to all flat owners withoout paying a single penny to anyone and wasting lot of money in visiting, letters & xerox.
