Refused to pay Rs 2000 to get NOC of my vehicle in 2 days
I got transferred from Bangalore to Delhiin 2009 and when i went to RTO jaynagar for NOC the person there asked me Rs 2000 if i want the NOC in 2 days without any need to go to supritendant of police office also.
Else they said i will be getting NOC in 1 - 2 month time and i will have to go to SP office to take clearance of my vehicle.
I went through general process, paid only Rs 100 and submitted my application and authorized my friend to collect the NOC from RTO office as i had to leave bangalore in a couple of days.
Later after 1 month when my friend went there to collect NOC, they said the signatures are not matching at many places and they will hand over the NOC only to the person who has applied. I used my vehicle for 1 year without RC and insurance paper in Delhi and luckily because of some company work i had to go to bangalore. Then i took my NOC signed RC book from RTO *******
