I had applied for EKatha and got it last month. The name in EKatha was mentioned wrongly as there was a error. I approached the Case Worker for applying change of name. The case Worker by name Shylaja demanded a bribe of Rs.1000 for name change on 5/11/2014. I resisted paying bribe and informed them that I would approaching higher departments to escalate this issue. Kindly take necessary action against the Clerks in this office. All the Clerks and Caseworkers (Rajesh, Nayak) seems to be corrupt in this office except the PDO.
