Revenue inspector, Hosakote - Bribe for Katha transfer
Seems like it is a routine to pay bribe to transfer Katha of plot. I bought a plot in a layout approved by the planning authority. When I applied for transfer of Katha, I was asked for bribe. I refused to pay the bribe and was able to get it done without paying the bribe.
