Road Tax Officer Looting the Drivers on daily basis
Hi I live in Mughalsarai and have to ride my motorcycle through Mughalsarai Varanasi bye pass. I see RTO officer looting these truck drivers for no reason. These people try to run away(truck drivers) often ending up in accidents or killing of the common riders or even the villagers. People also claim that this is shared by all right from the officer to the chief minister of your state. Situation even becomes worst when the RTO officer drives his jeep / sumo at full speed on the wrong side to stop trucks and recover money from them. There have been cases where these trucks got upside down in order to avoid the RTO. I can assist you people to record the event as it is a daily live show for the local people
