Application Reference Number (ARN): 15-0000271682
It is a tatkal passport application with Annex-F given by Joint Director of CBSE.
Mr. Kanhaiyalal (in RPO, Lucknow) refused to accept the application saying that CBSE is "Delhi State Government " organization and therefore its Joint Director is not competent authority.
Even class 9 kid knows that CBSE is autonomous institute under Ministry of HRD, Govt. Of India. CBSE website also clearly mentions that but this dumb officer is Adamantly refusing to accept the application since 07-Jan-2015 (It is 9th day today).
Agents in Lucknow say that he did this deliberately as if an application comes through agent, he gets a cut in that. For direct applications, he will not get anything, so he finds lame excuses to refuse them.
I have a audio-recording of his refusal and statement that CBSE is delhi state govt. organization. He refused to give this in writing.
The PSK Varanasi accepted another tatkal application with Annex-F issued by the same JD-CBSE.
