Scare someone to get bribe
ITO asked for big amount-Rs.1.5 lakhs to clear my IT scrutiny i as usual was determine not to pay any bribe , i refused then i was penalized and finally i appealed at Chief Incometax commisnor level and my scrutiny was cleared without fine.
