Tatkal Passport
My mother wanted to have a passport through "tatkal process". My father paid the prescribed fees and did all necessary paperwork for this process. It was taking months and we did not hear from them. When inquired they gave us some non-applicable reasons for the delay. But the fact is that they want some bribe before giving us the passport. They are actually just waiting us to bribe them for it.
