This is to bring to notice that I have been allotted a KHB site. E-Khata is required for the registration of the same. When checked they requested a bribe of 15000/- to make it available by a week during last October 2015. As I don't want any bribe and wanted to get myself.
I filled the application and attested all necessary documents and submitted in Neelaru Panchayat Office. The collection officer provided a acknowledgement and requested to contact by another 15 days. There was no update for around 3 months after follow-up stating still the backlogs to be clear and delayed due to system problem. Hinted for a bribe, but I refused.
During February - 2016 - when check the officer tells that your site will come into Bidarguppe Jurisdiction and request to apply there and didn't provided my previous documents.
I know these officials will do some similar critics, hence always carried a copy of documents.
I submitted the documents in the Bidarguppe Panchayat (Attibele, Bengaluru) and the person (Nagesh) who is in charge of processing again hints for bribe. As I haven't paid any additional amount (bribe) rather than the nominal fee - till it is not processed.
Today (22-Jun-2016) - I called him and got reply that call after 15 days else meet me to get it done at the earliest
