I was harassed by the traffic police office along with the towing vehicle in charge for wrong parking and they were expecting a bribe but I refused to pay the same and asked them that I shall rather pay a challan so they can give the receipt for the same. I paid 600 rupees though the challan for the same is just 300 rupees. I traffic police officer informed me that he is just charging 600 otherwise the actual penalty is 900. I fail to understand if he was my relative or what for his mercifulness.
