Traffic violation - make it easier for offenders to pay fine rather than bribe
Currently, the traffic policeman who stops a person on breaking a signal/seatbelt does not have the right to collect fine(some of them do, some dont). They take the license of the driver and ask him to come to the police station to pay the fine and take back the license. this causes the offenders more inconvenience as they would need to go to the police station when they actually are going for some work. Many people pay bribe just to avoid this inconvenience
I propose that all policemen stopping offenders have receipt books so that they can instantly collect fine and give a receipt.Offenders can pay fine by cash/debit/credit cards, This will atleast encourage people to pay fine easily.
