Transfer of BDA kahata
The clerk was demanding me money for quick transfer of BDA khata - sharing with me false information abt cooperative fee showing false letter scaring me to pay big fee or pay bribe , indirectly telling me tht he will do my job without me paying any money to copperative society.
i directly entered the teshildar office and spoke to him and explained him that the fee for coperative society is irrelevant and should not be charged twice. he has agreed with me and asked me the 3 months timlines to get transfer the khata. i said i can wait for 6 month , i went after 6 months and collected my letter and there was bit of resistance from lower clerk again but i did not pay anything to him.
