This is a old story,say about 1993. i had come from delhi and i had to renew my driving licence which was issued in delhi.agent told me that i will have to rs 500.i thought why should i pay extra. i approached RTO who guided me properly and my job was done without paying a single paisa,except the offiial fees for which i got receipt. hence my advice,try to ********** the superiors before resorting to bribe.
