I had been to the main PU university to get my PU marks Card verified. The clerical staff in the department were very uncooperative in the beginning.They kept asking for all sorts of useless documents and letter requesting authorities requesting for the verification letter.
I lost my cool after the second trip, and requested the visitors book and complaint book saying that I was going to make a complaint that I was being harrassed and that this was my second trip. After this the officials suddelny became cooperative and supportive and did all the requirements and handed over the verification letter after a couple of hours.
The advantage I had was that my house was close by.Unfortunately there were some fresh PU students who had come from Dharwad [out of station] and were in a haurry to catch a train back.
The officials nicely took advantage of the situation and even probable made up what they lost from me.
