Willingness was the power.
I was asked to settle at Rs. 150 for two to travel with unreserved tickets on a sleeper coach between Godhra and Valsad by Paschim Superfast Experess Train. I asked how much would it be according to rules of Railway. The reply was Rs. 180/- per ticket meaning a sum of 360/-. My willingness to pay actual and applicable tariff of Rs. 360/- inview of preventing Railways to loose revenue, made the coach attendent surprized. He admitted that he did not come accross a single passenger like me in his tenure of 30 years of Railway services. I did not do anything thing extra ordinary. I had simply paid for what services I had availed on this journey. Yes, It was the Power of *******
