(1) My daughter was born in 1995 at home. Her birth was not registered in Govt records and she is not in possession of Birth certificate. How to get the Birth Certificate. I belong to Haryana and a defence personnel.
(2) In birth certificate of my son mother's name is w/out sir name. How can it be rectified?
