1) To strengthen consumer movement / consumer education, I have researched a new definition
called : who is a consumer and who is a complainant. This is not defined so far in the
Consumer Protection Act. My new definition is applicable universally for all types of business
transactions and statutory services.

against State Bank of India on income tax matter.
Reason given: Incometax Ombudsman DOES NOT ENTERTAIN ANY COMPLAINT
AGAINST STATE BABK OF INDIA.
I have received letter from the Incometax Ombudsman Bangalore.
Is State Bank of India superior to Income Tax Ombudsman ? Why is it so?
