Actually basically I am from Bathinda but living in Jalandhar from last 7 years on rent. My own business is established in Jalandhar. I have all kind of ID proofs of my permanent address(Bathinda). Can I apply for Fresh Arm licence from Jalandhar. I have only rent agreement of my present address & office address.
