After completion of 15 years It is mandatory that ,for every 5 years
After completion of 15 years It is mandatory that ,for every 5 years we are supposed to renew FC and it is acceptable rule to be followed.
Query for two wheeler.
(1) What if,after expiry of FC knowingly or unknowingly it is not renewed for say 2 years.
(2) To renew FC,Will the process be same as previous procedure.
(3) Is there any kind of penalty applicable.If yes how much is the amount and exactly from what year it is applicable and valid.
