Am asked by my builder to carry Rs 24000 towards facilitation fee for a smother transaction in property registration at Begur registration office – any workaround other than not registering at all or running in circles is appreciated.
Post contributing to INCOME TAX YoY, Helpless end with no choice, no chance to refuse is the plight of salaried middle class; trying to fulfill a dream to own a piece of land,.
