Is the application form for licence free or it is charged ?
i went to Thane RTO that day, they told me forms are over take it from the counter outside the RTO and when i went there, they wer charging me 2rs.
again next day i went RTO in morning, again the person said, forms are finished.
is this legal to sell RTO forms in black outside RTO ?
