The article above states that victim can "Go to the police station…
The article above states that victim can "Go to the police station within the jurisdiction of where you reside" to file FIR. But, this seems to be wrong.
When I went to Hulimaavu police station, the police office clearly told me to go to the police-station where the incident has happened.
So, who is right ?
