As per bihar government recently release bihar public service commission
As per bihar government recently release bihar public service commission pre result in which government has given extra 35% horizontal reservation to female. As per supreme court more than 50% reservation cannot be given in any case. If state had already given 49.5% reservation to SC St and obc then why given extra 35% to women in open categories. Please suggest I want to file pil for sake of general aspirant.
