Background:
1. Our private gated community residential layout Association is registered on 17.17.2012 with the The Registrar of Societies, (Gandhinagar District), Banglore .
2. Due to inadvertence or by mistake, the memorandum and bye laws registered is not applicable and not suitable to our private layout association.
3. First AGM was called and approved the 2012-13 accounts within the stipulated time.
4. We have discussed and adopted new memorandum and bye laws including adding "Welfare" to the Association.
5. 2012-13 filing under Section 13 and Rule 9 of the Karnataka Societies Registration ACT 1960 and Rules 1961 is due on 27.01 2014
