Raghu, I wish to congratulate you for this creative initiative. I would like to establish a similar service in my country. Usually, victims of bribes (the ones that have to pay) are not willing to report abuses if they have to disclose their identity in fear of active or passive retaliation in the future. How do you handle this? Also, do you keep statistics to measure if a particular office or person is repetitively reported as a briber? This could be useful for building a case againts the corrupt official or person.
