I bought two plots of land in Bangalore in 2001-2002. I have common registration for both. I have all the documents including Khata and have been paying tax regularly. I was staying in a rental place for a long time and during the transitions shifting from one house to another, one of the documents ( Final Sale Deed ) is missing, I am not able to locate it. Hi Raghu, i had applied for passport in Feb 10, but it is still pending, i am residing in Ghaziabad which is the most corrupted city in India. The police main who comes for verification was asking for bribe 5k, and told me this process on his hand, he can do whatever he wants. I had given him some money because i was not capable to pay all money what he was asking. but still my file in process, he has shown in his report that i was not available at home when he came for verification but this is not true i had discussed with him at my home approx 1/2 hr. so what I have to do in that case? Please suggest. Thanks
