Bank can be issue the loan to agriculturisit with out legal formality on fake doucument that is this burden last are face by the farmer. In this corruption can be involved by the government officer ,Bank ,every person. Its big problem can be face by the farmer at a time when loan can released in favour of farmer without checking document of farmer If check the doucment by officer and they they are incompete they complete the document after taking the money from the farmer. I have written on behalf my Friend who face this big problem in currently.My friend name is komal tyagi .
