Bribe is the way of life in Sub. Registrar office Domlur
I am buying a property in Bangalore, a flat which is due registration. I wasn't aware of bribery in apartment registration(thought this happens only in own land & construction).
Builder today said that I have to keep 11,000 in Cash for bribe.
I asked him why, you know what would be his answer. This is the routine, this is how it is done, it is universal etc.
What a shameful state !
I have to bribe someone to do his duty.
Builder also said it is not paid directly to sub. reg himself, it goes through his agents who will help to move the files etc.
Seeking expert advises on stopping this cancer disease and I wish I could help a little in attempt to have a corruption free country for our children.
