Can this ********** help me to get back my bribe refund of Rs.500, which I paid for the passport verification? Also, with whom should I lodge complaint against police - the protector of law and this countr

Unfortunately, on our country there is no law to force the corrupt to repay the bribes they have taken. We also do not have a law that permits the recovery and confiscation of asset from corrupt people. If the Lokpal bill is enacted, there will be means for these procedures to bring justice to those who are hurt by corruption. I suggest that you lodge a complaint againt a corruption official, you can lodge a complaint at http://www.vigeye.com/ giving full details of the place and date and to whom you had to pay a bribe. I would also suggest that since the police come under the State government, you could also take the matter to the Lokayukta.
