Can State Bank of India writeoff the public money by the way of fraud by an officer?in SBI valsad(Gujarat) Mr.IDPatel manager,done fraud in crores of rupee,the public money.He should dismissed immediatly,but with the joined hand of SC/ST Welfare and member of National Com.for SC,that fellow has been given only REMOVAL instead of DISMISSAL in 2014.Patel has given all the benefits of retirement and pension also.and the largest bank SBI has not taken any action eventhough any recovery.
