For claining refund
Hi , i own a export based firm and we have to claim VAT from Govt as we do not sell goods in local market. People around me (my accountant and CA) are saying that atleast ill have to pay 5- 10 % of the amount to officials at every step. I really dont want to pay a penny to them as I am working within the system then why pay a bribe ? But i feel alone and no one to seek help. I somewhere know...that in the VAT department in Delhi, there is no hope...and I might have to pay that sum. not that I am greedy for the money, but i do not want to contribute in making this system more corrupt.
