Corruption at mathura courts- ********** ********** **********
The up judiciary is full of corrupt judges. the ********** ,peshkar nexus is tremendous. Lawyers and peshkars act as conduits for sending money to judges. Recently the senior division ********** ********** ********** demanded 3 lac rupees for not removing the sale stay granted on trust land under litigation in her court. I refused to pay the bribe and thereafter the same money was paid to her by the opposite party ( Mr ******* ********** -a criminal gangster who cheats people in name of lord krsna at vrindavan-RELEASED ON BAIL AFTER 3 YEARS IN JAIL). Under the influence of money she disregarded all the arguments of our lawyer in case no 136/2011and in absence of our lawyer removed the stay order granted by the previous **********. The order sheet was not signed by our lawyers but by goonda called diwakar ********** owner of dharamvir tours and travels opposite iskcon temple Vrindavan. We made a complain to highcourt and the case was transferred from the court of ********** ********** to another court. But it was too late as the stay had been removed secretly by the ********** ********** **********. Taking advantage of this loop hole the goonda diwakar ********** who signed the order sheet purchased the property from criminal ******* ********** thus becoming owner of our religous trust property. All this criminal act has been facilitated by ********** ********** **********, custodian of the law. I don't know what to do as I am suffering for not paying the bribe demanded by the **********.
