Corruption is their birth right. They feel offended if not offered a bribe
I run a small business close to **********, Mumbai. Its a shame that local police officers actually call you before Diwali to ask for Diwali gifts, irrespective of your business condition. I do not really feel like giving out gifts or cash but I know if I don't they will keep troubling us some way or the other. Please help.
