Regarding : registration no 1992/1C/2004 and Registration date : 16/06/2004
My name is Raju P.S - father of Nandhana P.R . . My daughter Nandhana P R. is studying at V111 STD as of now . we have been asked by school authority to verify the permanent address for my daughter to submit birth certificate . accordingly when we have cross checked the birth certificate - we have noticed that our permanent address has not mentioned in the certificate which will be problems for our daughter at the time of school verifying certificate . My daughter Nandhana has born at Jubilee mission hospital which has mentioned in the certificate
Please advise your suggestion in this regards
