Dear sir,
I am the owner of agricultural land and I want to convert it into non agricultural. My uncle is helping in this issue. But we are planning to postpone the conversion process few months as he has said that the new law will be coming in few weeks so that the conversion fees will reduce by 50%. I want to know whether any such law is coming in the upcoming days. Please suggest. And also what is the land conversion process and the fee.
