Dear Sir,
I had a house with 2 portions in my name. I gifted the one portion to my daughter and another portion to my daughter in law by registering in SRO Office, srikakulam. The plan of the building is my name. Property tax receipts are also in my name. However, upon applying for sub division of the property in the name of my daughter and daughter in law, municipal authorities rejected the same stating that the property is sub divided long back . My questions are 1)without my request, can municipality authorities sub divide the property tax in third party's name?
2) Without registered documents, can municipality authorities, subdivide the property tax in third party's name?
3) can any sort of unregistered documents be considered by municipal authorities for sub division of house propert tax?
4) what should I or my daughter or my daughter in law should do now for actual sub division of the property from my name to my daughter's and daughter in law's name?
