You must submit complaints to higher authorities, giving specific details of where and in what circumstances you have faced harassment. There is no fine for driving a vehicle without the local registration, because you are given a reasonable amount of time to get the registration changed.</p>

Dear Sir I have recently shifted to Hyderabad from Rajasthan. I have brought a bike from there. I have applied for a NOC there and I am expecting to get it in around 2 week time. My office is very far from my residence here and my timings are very odd, So I can't do without my bike. I do get caught by traffic police and although I have all the documents (RC, Insurance, Pollution, DL) except NOC, they catch me and ask me for bribe amounting in several 100s else they threathen me that I would need to pay Rs 3000. I tried to find out the actual laws about this and also the fine amount but could not get any. Please help me by providing the information.
