Dear Sir,
Its been 3 years that i am facing the pain and loss due to filing of 498a by my Sister-in-law at kolar Town Police station, Kolar Dist., Ref FIR # 15 / 2011 and Case # 635.
I am working with ORACLE IDC, Bangalore and used to lead a very dignified life with my widowed mother and younger brother who stay with me, while 3 elder brothers who are married are living as per their work locations.
I must admit now, that i have availed 3 loans against my HDFC Salary account and half of the salary is going towards the EMI's, together i have applied for quashing the 498a Case in Hon High Court of Karnataka Crl.P Case # 5061 / 2013, which is also moving slowly.
I do not understand how to manage life, career and this Judicial struggle but i have ended up being a debtor..
All i look forward is some financial help to breathe for sometime, and get away from these bad times dealing with in-laws and The Court.
I cannot post comments asking for help on network sites like Twitter or facebook as it'll trouble healthy relationships together putting myself low before my colleagues whom i interact and face everyday.
