Dear Sir/ Madam
I have a accompanied my 17 years old minor son for an appointment fixed for 1:45 pm at LalBaagh Passport office, yesterday. We had all the necessary documents and all went smoothly till we went to verification counter. I am divorced for my son's father 8 years ago. His father has remarried. We were carrying the old and new passport. We were told that the Application is put on hold. This is only because fathers passport is showing different name under wife, in new passport. We are also not been told what to do next. I was just told to go to Koramangala passport office. Please advise why my son's passport is on hold as per the Acknowledgment Letter given to us?
