Dear Sir/ Madam, I have re-located to Mumbai and want to register a new vehicle purchased in the city. I have been told that I will have to pay a bribe since I don't own a property here in Mumbai. I can provide a registered rental agreement (with police verification certificate), telephone postpaid mobile bill as my address proof. I have a valid passport with Bangalore address for Identity proof. Please let me know the way out. I don't want to pay a bribe to RTO.
