My DOB, Father And Mother name wrong in My Birth Certificate. i want to Dob And Father or mother Name change in Date of Birth Certificate. My Origenal DoB is 13/07/1993 and my father name is Sh. AAZAD And Mother Name is Kamlesh and Birth certificate in the DoB is 03/07/1993 and Azad singh And Mother Name is Kamla.
