Dear Sir/ Mam,
My wife had applied passport and met the official along with the original. Passport officer checked all the documents and request my wife to produce computer generated Birth Certificate. But she is having hand written birth certificate, they are not ready to accept it and also put penalty for Rs.1000/- . Kindly help me out how to sort out this issue
