Dear sir,
My name is Arup Dey and I am from Assam. I appeared on a written for a state Govt job and few days ago result was announced. I feel there was some sort of mutilation happened with the written test result and want to file a PIL. I come under OBC quota. I have very less knowledge about legal process and want to take some advise. In the PIL I am planing to ask following questions-
1) How much mark I scored in the test?
2) What was the highest and lowest mark scored in OBC category.
3) What was the pass mark taken to face the viva and personal interview?
Are they a valid question? Am I missing any other important question? What will happen if any mutilation found? Or What will be the best way to get the truth?
Please advise and thank you in advance.
