Dear sir please help me to obtain mine duplicate Registration certificate. Kindly help by doing the favour. Please already I'm going through too many problems particularly Vehicle related and this RC incident also takes place meanwhile. My Car is affected by Flood. I Sender to service centre and they and came out with estimation of 5lacs. After consulting the Insurence company they are depreciation 30% and giving 70% of coast what ever is coming after readying the car. For submitting the original RC,insurence, DL, I was carrying with me yesterday mean while someone stolen the bag inside it I kept all the documents.
As of now at present I'm in great depreciation and not getting any idea what to do further . Please help me to come out with all this saviour tensions. Insurence surveyor strictly told that without Original we are not gonna initiating any thing and its upto you for how soon you are making it done. Please sir one of my colleague told in case of late or any etc reason you only suppose to pay and come in loss. Its a great burden to me what next to do.I'm from chennai please help by suggesting or favouring for getting Duplicate Registration Certificate pls. If any how the insurer can denied cause of late in getting Rc and suppose not to give insured amount what shall I do . Please it's a kind request to help me
