we are supplying the PSC rail sleeper to M.P.POWER GENERATING CO.LTD BY buying from manufacturer,our client i.e. MPPGCL is issuing the form "C',beside of this manufacturer/supplier is imposing the vat tax 13% while we have submit tender by considering the vat 2% only. please resolve
