Dear sir,i am about to buy a site in blore BBMP limit and ward number 40,when i approached the land owner and enquired about the khata he told us that khata is not required as of now for registering in my name and it wil take approx 30 days after registering the property to get the khata..my query is
1)Is it safe to buy a property without khata
2)Is it true that i can get a khata in my name without hassels after buying the property
