Dear Sir/Madam,
How to get marriage certificate? and how many days it will take if I apply for it?
My marriage was done in 2001 and i have photos as proof. What else we need to require to submit? Both Wife and Husband should be there to get the certificate? We will stay in Bangalore. Wife/Husband can travel to get the certificate? Please advise.
